Tribute Mastercard builds hope, but hammers you down Atlanta Georgia

I got a letter from TRIBUTE Master Card telling me I had been approved for a card. They said I could mail in the letter or call or go online for quicker service.

I went online and put in the promotion code and filled out all of the information. When it started to finalize the paper work, I got a message stating I already had a TRIBUTE Mastercard!

I have never gotten a card from these folks. I tried to find a email address to write them about it, but could not find one anywhere. So I will have to wait until Monday to call them.

This has me worried. Has someone gotten a card in my name? Have they issued me a card without telling me? Who knows? I know I will be doing a lot of checking. I had even tried to get a copy of my credit report from Equifax and was turned down because they did not think I was myself. I answered every question put to me by them and still no go. They said I would be getting a letter from them and I would need to send a copy of my Birth Cert., my Social Security card and driver lic..IThe reason for trying to get a copy was I had applied for a auto loan and it got denied because my credit file said I was deceased! Can you imanage that. Something strange is going on.

If TRIBUTE is going to build someones hope up to get a card and then just hammer the heck out of him and tell him no or you already have a card when you don't, then they need to stop sending out the letters. In a way I am glad I never got the card because I have heard and read so many complaints against them. GOD was looking out for me again! Praise you LORD!
