WFS FINANCIAL - WACHOVIA WFS uses unethical business tactics Internet

WFS Financial/Wachovia - started out by calling me and harrassing me to pay my husbands finanl payment of his car. Several people called me and I told them the same thing and they all promised to get back to me. I told them that I would pay off the final payment, if they would send me a letter stating that they would put my name in addition to my husbands on the Title to the car.

I had been making payments on the car for over a period of three years. WFS had several people calling me, and they promised that they would send me a letter about all the payments I made and they would put my name on the Title also. I gave them $100 and they would make sure the interest rate would stop accumulating and I would hear from them shortly. They also stated "they would take the added interest off because they were inconsistent with their followups. They just had a series of people that called and made promises to me and said they would get right back to me.

Instead they prolonged the calls so the Interest due on the final payment would accumulate. The payment went from $400 to $600. To this date I have no Letter from them even though they promised to give me one when I sent them in money, they never kept their word. In the past when my husband did not send them money, and owed them alot of money....they called me on my phone repeatedly and continually harrassed me to get me to pay his payment.

This started approximatley 3 years ago. I made close to 3 years of payments on this car. They also promised me that they would state in this letter regarding the Title that I was the one making payments on this car and the number of payments that I had actually made plus make sure my name was on the Title as well as his. I am sick of the unethical manner in which they conduct business.
