Westgate Timeshares Crooks Buyers Beware! 90 minute seminar Lets try 5 hours Williamsburg Virginia

Oh my we got scammed now 1 year ago. This is a nightmare. The 90 minute talk we were there 5 hours. We have a supervisor that also then came to hound us. We are stuck. No one knows what they are doing. The realtors that sell it don't communicate with the call center. I learned early thing in November of what our fate was. I had in January taxes due. THey were $540 had to be paid before I could schedule any vacation. I paid it and the nightmare really began. I was told different things every time I called the call center. The only thing that was correct every time was my name address phone number and account number. The rest were all lies to get me off the phone. I called repeatly in a evening and wrote down time of the call name of who and what they said. The best is when they thought i was on a silent hold twice in one night. This crazy women was slamming me verbally to a supervisor. I could go on and on about this. The point here is you pay a down payment on a villa or resort they take out monthly mortgage fees give you a bill every january whether it be taxes or maintence and you never get your week. I was told i have a float week its not it is set and i repeatly asked this question. You can not bank with the sister company Interval Travel unless you have current yearly dues and if you have the older Villa it is not transferrable to bank. If you rent another westgate you have to pay the $130.00 plus additional $500.00 because it has no trade in value. The said thing is I finally learned this from The Interval Travel company when i explained calmly the big run around to a very nice lady. Of'course i called back to westgate a different person answer I explained everything and he had a hard time getting the supervisor to listen to her until he told her my name and she flipped out because she knew i had just called 30 minutes prior. I reported it to westgate now I have a supervisor that keeps calling but after twice now we can not reach any solution. I want out of this i want no money. You can't just give it away it is up to them who you sell it to. My regular question to them is "IF I CAN;T SELL IT THEN HOW DID THEY OBTAIN IT TO UNLOAD IT ONTO US?? I have filed a complaint with BBB they dismissed it. Why and how can they continue to rip people off. I have one of the timeshare resale companies telling me that if i don't make the payments there is nothing they can do to me. But i don't know if that is true. I still had to pay someone for a vacation this year because i couldn't get one from the westgate family and i was sure not going to give them another $630.00 and be told something else once i got there. I had threatened that I was gonna get on a plane and come visit them in Williamsburg to get this resolved but you can't go in unless you are registered on a tour and show license.
THere new scam is selling for a 3 year membership to bank vacation weeks. Some girl at my work just got screwed on that also.
