This website gives you a daily free spin, which you may use to spin their wheel to win 10 cents 25 cents, maybe a dollar all the way up and of course LOSE A TURN, which comes up a lot, but the company tells you that in their odds of winning.

As of July 28th 2009 they no longer give a daily free spin. They claim that their wheel will be more generous now that a free daily spin is taken away. So how else do you get SPINS??

You are suppose to be able to still get free spins by completing one of the many many free offers. You usualy are completing an offer for 1 or 2 spins.

THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM OCCURS AND THE POSSIBLE RIPOFF. I say possible because I am in the middle of an ongoing conversation via email with their support. I doubt that I willl be positively updating the situation though.

Okay, so you choose a free offer and fill out all the information they ask for - Email address and personal information. Then after that you must navigate through an awful lot of advertisement, which wouldnt be bad if you actually got the spins afterwards. You answer some question and click yes or no to a bunch of add , all in an effort to navigate to a "RESULTS PAGE" or "FINAL STEPS" page. This page is reachable but it seams that ever since the first week of JULY you dont get you spins anymore.

The site has a missing spins link, to click on a report if you have not gotten your spins and this is how the process goes:

You tell them "hey I have not received my spins for offer BLANK BLANK BLANK.

They then respond by asking you to submit the offer number. This number can be found underneath the offer you clicked on or under the missing spin link. So you then submit that offer number that they ask you for.

And if you submit the number they then drag out the process even further by then asking for A CONFORMATION email from the offer you participated in. Now why wouldnt they ask you for that when they first asked for the offer number? Its to discourage you from continuing on with the complaint and to drag out the process. This conformation email that they ask for hardly ever comes. You just get spammed by a lot of advertising related to the company involved with the offer but thats not good enough as conformation.

You then explain to them that there was no conformation email sent, and They of course try to discourage you further by replying and telling you maybe its in your spam email box. You then explain to them that it is not in there either or anywhere to be found this elusive conformation email.

Then after you tell them there is no conformation email they then send you back another email stating this :

If you have ad-blocking software which prevents advertisers from placing the cookies required to track the offer
If your browser security settings are configured to not accept third-party cookies
If you have software on your computer which hijacks the cookies and credits the offer completion to another company
If you did not qualify for the offer due to your age or location
There are a number of other reasons as well

You then explain to them that, you dont have any ad blocking software, you turn off the popup blocker when using their site, you added them to allow list in your browser and in windows and your browser is not hijacked. So if this is all okay. they then refer to the last problem in that list THE CATCH ALL

The one I like the best " THERE ARE A NUMBER OF OTHER REASONS AS WELL"

AND THAT IS WHERE THE SUPPORT RESPONSES STOP AND THE EMAILS THEN GO UNANSWERED. I even told them I would take a video of me navigating and completing offers and submit that as proof, but NO RESPONSE on that.

I GUESS A VIDEO WOULD BE OVER whelming convincing eveidence and then they would have to give you the spins, SO maybe that why they dont answer and say hey thats a good idea send me the video or screenshot or downloaded webpage that shows you made it to the last page to earn you spins.

IF THEY decide to start giving the spins or agree to accelt a screenshot of the final page or in some way OWN up to their end of the bargin I WILL UPDATE this ripoff report positively. If they decide to accept VISUAL evidence of completed offer I will let you know. I AM STILL WAITING 2 hear back from them.

1 good thing to their credit, I HAVE GOTTEN A CHECK FROM THEM FOR THE $20 DOLLARS THAT I CASHED OUT AT. You must reach $20 dollars in winning in order to cash out. BUT NOW THAT the free daily spins have been taken away and they dont give you the spins for completing free spin offers I DONT SEE the point of the site anymore. NO FREE DAILY SPINS and NO FREE OFFER SPINS = winspinwinNOTHING

Ill let everyone know if their is any update to this situation and if they will accept VISUAL evidence as proof of completing the offer. WHich I dont see why they wouldnt accpet a picture or a screenshot or a video of the evidence.

Hello,

After contacting support and explaining to them the situation of not getting spins after filling out offers they appologized and said they would accept a video or screenshots of someone completing offers. It is beyond most of there control I guess if their advertisers dont report accurately of offers being completed. I submitted my video evidence and was awarded my spins very quickly on 3 seperate occasions.

THE SITE IS LEGITIMATE AND THEY DO SEND YOU YOUR MONEY. I HAVE personal received a check from them.

so go ahead and WIN SPIN WIN ! ! ! .......
