Yelp.com, Yelp, Yelp Inc., Heidi Misken Unfair and deceptive treatment by YELP New York New York

We're a small family run business that has declined Yelp’s aggressive marketing pitch to buy their advertisement.  I noticed that all of our positive reviews disappear.  But, a recent bad review by someone that never even used our service lingers on in spite of our efforts with Yelp to expose this deceit.  Basically, they ignore all of our appeals and refuse to remove our company from their listing.  I noticed that our situation is relatively common (see the following article:
