I received a telephone call from Yelp.com  representative Roy Cowan on 05-30 to setup a marketing campaign that was supposed to bring in lots of customers via Yelp marketing and I set a maximum budget of $15.00 per day after he promised $300.00 in initial  ad credit to begin. So I gave him my debit card expecting to see some sort of activity during the month of June and right away almost, I see a charge come through n my card for $169.64 on 06-12 so when I called/emailed him that this was NOT what was agreed upon, he apologized for not being more clear and walked me through the cancellation process online but is refusing to return my $169.64 that was fraudulently taken from me.
