During a search for a hard-to-find DVD collection, google led me to Sears.com, where a third party seller under the name of "Express Deals" was selling the DVD box set I wanted. The Price was the same as the bootleg versions that I could of purchased through websites found on multiple Ripoff or Scam Complaint sites. Although this was Sears, which to all, should mean a reputable company, I still decided to research. First of all, the complaint list (in the 'Review' section of the "Express Deals" page on Sears.com) was 10 deep and one 5 star review, clearly made by the seller stating that he/she is best of the best. No online name for this reviewer, just 'OnlineConsumer', and same city as the seller too. LMFAO!!!! I then decided to call Sears.com to see why the Seller is still allowed to do business on their website. Before I could ask the blunt question, I asked a little about "Express Deals" and one of the answers I got was, and I quote "If there are any complaints about fraudulent activity or misleading a costumer by this company (Seller), and Sears.com is notified, that company (Seller) will be removed from Sears.com." I chuckled and let the lady know of all complaints. She stuttered and said she'll let her upper management know.

Well, the company, or the Seller to be exact, is still selling his phony or non existent product, even though all the complaint reviews are right there for everyone to read. Some even state that Sears.com was notified. The reviews state that the product is never shipped, that a fake tracking number is given, that emails are not responded to and the phone number is no good, that items are not charged to credit card until week(s) later and then refunded after multiple complaints by the costumer, that item is listed as shipped online, but then after the money is refunded its stated that the item has been returned (even though the item has never even been shipped) Shame on both Sears.com for ignoring customer complaints and all the third party sellers, who fraud hard working people like you and me. There should be stronger laws on these matters.
