SEARS (sears.com) DISHONORED THEIR RETURN POLICY
On May 3, 2018 I placed an online order at sears.com. On June 1, 2018 SEARS took possession of the portion of that order that I was returning. Around mid-June I first contacted SEARS to question why my account had yet to be credited for the return.
Since that first attempt I have contacted SEARS numerous times for my refund; I have been told each time it would happen in three to five days, and yet now a full 60 days since SEARS took possession of my return-IT STILL HAS NOT TRANSPIRED.
I am resentful of the time and energy I have had to exert in an effort for a refund of less than $50. SEARS aint what it used to be! GO FIGURE.
