Hello Everyone,

I found an e-mail that My Perfect Credit actually responds to other than the automated responses. The address is supervisor@myperfectcredit.com. I told them of my situation and they wrote back and told me that they would notify First Credit of America to take my off of the list (That shouldn't be hard since they are probably sitting right beside each other.) I responded and asked how they got my information to open an account. They responded that they got my info from Clear Credit in February of 2005. I never had an account from them either. I have seen some people on this site talking about possibly paying these people. Don't give in to these people. They know that there days are numbered. I received a letter from the Nevada Attorney General telling me of the many complaints they have received from customers about these companies. Maybe they will have to shut down before long.

I found this report on the Better Business Bureau's website. It gives the address to My Perfect Credit in California. Also, here is some advice of what I have done. File a report with the California AG, Nevada AG, Chicago AG, IFCC, FTC, BBB, and your home state AG. Make copies of every complaint and fax them to 1st Credit of America at 1-312-896-9198. I was dealing with Ms. Boyd, who was nice until I informed her of this website and of the complaints that they have. Now, she wont return my calls. Anyway, fax to her attention or Ms. Belgabo. They wont call me back but the calls to my house have stopped. DONT GIVE IN TO THESE CRIMINALS!!!! Thanks to Eric from Stockton for all your help.

The company advertises they operate on a pay by performance basis, charging a $6.95 fee for each item challenged . If all three of the major reporting agencies are to be challanged, the $6.95 charge would be x 3.

All charges are automatically charged to a credit or debit card number which is recorded before the trial begins. It appears that in some cases clients are supplied with a Visa bank debit card with the agreement that the card will automatically be charged a $29 processing fee upon issuance. Any charges for services are also deducted from the debit card number.
