This company lures in customers with low cell phone prices based on several mail-in rebates. These rebate offers are worhless since the company DOES NOT HONOR any of the rebates they offer.
It has been more than a year since I purchased 2 cell phones from them. Their prices were very low, considering the $150 mail-in rebate they offered. After sending, resending and faxing all the receipts and documents they asked for, I still have not received any rebates. Their customer service is non-existant: An automated service prompts you for information and quickly cuts you off after notifying you that the order number does not exist (when it is written on their invoice!) I filed a BBB complaint but, as expected, A1-Wireless failed to repsond to the inquiries of the BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A1-WIRELESS / CELLULAR BUYS! Check their BBB profile and note their long rap sheet of customer complaints!
