Hello Mke, I totally understand where you are coming from. I truly believe that this corp. and corperations like it are somehow doing the goverment a service. This company is not the only health care agency that has unfair labor practices. They all are this way. And check those policies and worker's unions out.
We the tax payers are paying for this nation wide SCAM. While they are prosecuting the small time client and worker for fraud our focus is not on the agency.
Ask any and I do mean any healthcare field worker and see what they say. They are completely indimidated by the company they work for.
Those who recieve care from these companies are helples to stop the continuing verbal and indifference the agancies show them. Oh that's right call the Dept of Aging. why would anyone do that. They will simply call the agency and spill their guts and your name or the name of the person filing the companit and that is that. NOTHING is actually fixed or investigated. Why would they want to rock that BOAT Mke.
They have these incompetent morons who run these companies to handle the elderly problems for them. DANG what a RAckette.
Oh and BTW there is no way you can find out if an elderly person is being treated with indifference whY? because it is against the law to talk to them. LAUGHING.. It's againts the law to talk to anyone about anyone who knows anyone. ROFLMAO..

Oh and the so called UNIONS that represent the poor suckers out there who actually work for these companies. what union is lead by a company and told by the company what they and their mmember will except or not except. LOL

It's too d**n bad that the poor elderly that are looking for needed services don't have the opportunity to actually find out what they are getting into.
I advise every elderly person that reads this and needs service to investigate thouroly the agency they are looking at. At questions that really mean something and if they give you the run around walk run run away. You will be glad you did
What ever you do don't have Addusfor your service agency they will reat you just like they treat their employees.
