We went ot Advent in 2005, we live near Houston Texas, we went to the Houston Texas office and spoke to a man their.

We talked about three times before we signed anything.
He seemed real nice and convincing, he even gave us gifts when we signed our first contract with Advent.
We tol him that we were not wealthy people, he said we could pay out $1,190.00 over a 3 month period.
It took us almost three months, but we came up with the $1,190.00.

Signed more paper stating they were we'er on our way to getting our invention patented.

We had to come up with more money, we had to give them $9,240.00, he said to steal, kill and or borrow, because that $9,240.00 was going to make us very wealthy people.
So, we talked my Fiance Sister into borrowing the money, she even went with us with her credit card, he even convinved her that the $9,240.00 was a real investment because we were going to be very wealthy with in a year, so she gave him the credit card, and today, she no longer has anything to do with us, she claims we ripped her off.

That was in Dec of 2005.

and today, I filed a complaint with the Patent and Trad Mark office,in 2006. and then Advent calls us, and makes us an offer on August 17,2007.

They offer us $2,500.00 dollars to remove our complaint with the Patent and Trade Mark office, and we sign a waiver. And now, we are looking for an attorney to take our case on contingency.

Advent took what we had, and we are still paying the interest on that credit card, that we had to borrow on, and the relationship with my Fiance sister is gone.
Advent gave us 3 days to make a decision.
We made no decision.

Because as soon as we take that offer of $2,500.00 dollars, they'll throw what we have in the garbage.
They offered to work on our invention another year if we signed that waiver.

In my opinion, once we sign that waiver, their done iwth us, and they made a couple of thousand dollars for doing nothing.

Advent has not yet fulfilled their contract with us.
Our contract is still in effect untill Nov, 2007.
But we have recieved a letter in July, stating that our rep. is no longer working on our invention.
If our contract is'nt up till Nov. 2007, why are they telling me their done and offering me money?
Because they have done nothing for the money I gave them, and they don't plan on it.
