AIG Insurance Maria M A Victim Of AIG Insurance Problems total ripoff insurance, don't recommend them, not in Russia for claims New York New York

A woman Maria M was a victim of horrible insurance claims from AIG insurance.

she called and called them about problems on their claims department about returing from Russia to the USA as there was a medical emergency and AIG was giving her a hard time about the claim. It required many many long distance phone calls, making copies, sending emails, sending faxes in a bad situation when you don't have a car in a foreign country and your out of money. AIG showed no signs of apologizing for their delays or speeding up the process when your in the hospital for surgery. How can you fax, send email, or make phone calls when your in a hospital bed?

She had to used her own money and pay for everything out of her own pocket till AIG would refund the insurance claim.

The other issue they made many mistakes telling her they were going to do something and they ended up telling her they made a mistake and making problems worse.

From this experience, I wouldn't recommend using AIG insurance for anything.
