alarcon law group loan modification scam bohemia New York

i began a loan modification with alarcon law group in december of 2012...i gave them $3000 ...they told me NOT to contact my bank(wells fargo)...i began to get suspicious about the end of May 2013 because the answers to my questions didn't seem right....i decided to call wells fargo anyway and was told that alarcon law group never submitted any paperwork to start the loan modification process...all these months i was faxing over bank statements, pay stubs ect. to alarcon law group...and was being told that i was under review with wells fargo. i wasted not only $3000 but precious time thinking that my loan modification was under review..
