I recived an email stating I took a payday loan from BMG GROUP back on 1/3/2008. the loan amount was 510.00 the amount owed is 300.00 but i know owe 800.00. If I do not contact him, he will come and take possecsssion of my personal belongings and I would then owe up to 10,000.

I see multiple listing for fraud and scam on this same person. I am very scared as he has my ssn and my banking information - all of which is accurate. I am in the process of calling my bank after I file this. I am going to ignore this notice as I didnt ever take a loan with this company and i don't owe this money.
