Austonian Appliance / Rick Garza Appliance Tech for Am Home Shield, took $75 service fee, did not complete the microwave repair Austin Texas

American Home Shield (AHS) sent out a microwave technician, Austonian Appliance, who provided an inadequate diagnosis of problem, told us they would order repair parts with AHS, took $75 service fee, and left.  After multiple phone calls to AHS, learned Austonian Appliance did not order the parts, told AHS nothing wrong with microwave, AHS wanted to send out another tech for another $75, asked AHS to waive $75, denied waiver, then decided the microwave was not covered at all under our home warranty contract.
