First Books - Author House Steal royalties from my book sales Bloomington Indiana

this is author powers. this should be my last suggestion until my case is solved. It is my intentions to mention all you fallen heros of rip off report to the attorney general   I don't want to cause any premature events concerning the future by what I say in public at this time.  I have not intentions on being defamtory toward author house. but, I certainly did not ask to be here on rip off report nor did you asked to be here. Circumstances beyond both of our control made us appear here. maybe fate. I don't really know. but what i do know is that i am here for a purpose. what if you all just needed a push to get the ball rolling. would that change the future? what if you(barbara lee) needed evidence to see if your book is selling would that make a difference in your life? this is not the time to complain or be silenced by a power that some of us may perceive that is greater than us. since we helped built that structure(author house), we must comprehend what maybe causing us our problems. we must act on a vision to change the future. Maybe a probability could be the answer for you and me, barbara lee. I believe it is the very technology that we subscribed to that is being used against us. I believe it is the print on demand technology and its distribution network that is being unfairly used against us as authors in our situation. we rely on them(author house) to up load our information on our royalty reports, but there appear to be no regulators that would protect us in getting the best use of this type of technology. there maybe no government regulators to keep them honest. if they don't want to up load this information of sales on our royalty reports then they don't have to do so. varification of sale could easly be hidden from you and me. for years my royalty reports factually says zero, but my book is selling. independent companies are competing to sell our books.  You looked in the wrong place for evidence. try looking on your computor. i checked your book out. did you know that you have a lot of used books on the market already? and you maybe able to find more books stores that have your used books. factually speaking, used books could not exist on the market unless they were once sold in new condition. it appears as though the same technology that we thought would help our books to get into the market without going to a traditional pubisher, appears to assit them in not reporting actual book sales. since we appear to have no control over this part of  the business, then with no regulators, we could be easly plowed under the ground( so to speak). what appears to have happen to us maybe common in humanity with out rules. when there is pure desire to posses and there are no rules to govern possession, then unregulated power will alway produce the same result which usually ends in corruption. to keep new technology balanced or to keep it honest, then there must be people like you and me. although we are victims, we could make a choice  at changing the future for others.  my suggestion to the public is that authors and publishers should share control over this type of technology, so that author house or any other print on demand publisher don't cause a dark cloud on the industry. let's imbrace the virtually new technology, but let's protect the authors.

barbra lee, this is author powers. the attorney general had decided to take my case. i mentioned you by name because your situation has a lot do with what i had experienced. i did not want to be a victim, but it appears as though we all needed each other as fate would have it. i hesitated on signing on at rip off report, because i just was not sure at the time on how i was going to move forward. the more i read your reports, i could not walk away.  it was the right thing to do. it apeared as though some of you  expressed a lot of anger at becoming a victim. Since I finally made it here unwillingly. I think the world of you all. you all were sucessful at making an attempt to reach for the hevens. i commend each of you for that effort as human beings. however, our true work has just began. it is our time to rise above all of our personal feeling of being a victim, and it is time to channel our indignation into something that could benefit everyone.

nobody will listen to us individually but together our voice could travel to the end of the universe. let us accept the conditons of our reality, and to change it together. we could remain victims, or we could decide to become great dispite what had occured to us. everyone join me by contacting the indiana attorney general. our true work for humanity is to bring the best out of each of us including author house. we could remain stuborn angry or we could hate them. it is a personal choice. we live in a great time. our general socity is more intellegent than it ever was in the past. we live in an enlighten age of man. most of you should be intelligent enough to recognize that we may be dealing with a company that is not completely awaken yet. no disrepect to them, but we( authors) are their future. when we write, we make the futue become what it should become. we are no longer needed on rip off report. it is our job to write the future. we write the future by taking action. I want to write about the birth of a new company. making sure any author that knocks on thier door be treated like royalty. i want to write about a company that has the ability to not only become consciouse, but to be able to see its own reflection. we have the power to write about things which have not happen yet. your imagination is what will produce it. lets imagine a better company. truthfully, we could all benefit from a better run company and that includes author house!
