Imagine your 71 yo mother whom you lived with as care giver and son is placed in a facility aftershe becomes disoriented and confused at home. It's the 3rd time it's happened and each time nurse Bobbielyn has medicated her just prior to her change in mental status.

This time when you arrive to visit and you are denied access to her room and told to leave the facility (Hospice AZ at Freedom Plaza in Peoria). There's been a password put on her chart by a POA (you didn't hear of any POA) Later you sneek in, the police come, ask you to leave but not before your mom cries that you haven't been to see her sooner.

At home your utilities have been shut off by Bow so you can't use the phone to investigate: who was now making calls as to your Mom's care, who the POA is, and your did not remember any POA signing but she was kept medicated. Hours pass, no POA papers have crossed the Maricopa County recorders office, Hospice promised to have the POA call on the cell phone #'s of friends but still nothing.

Now think of the terror your Mom is going through lying there while literally 2 roomates die. No one will answer her questions, no vivitors and her home phone and link to her son has been turned off without explaination. Luckilly she refuses anymore morphine (a nurse friend explained to Tom she should not be on it now.....)he asked Mom to refuse it when he snuck in)and imagine that Late the next afternoon she is well enough to go home.

And so she did only to find she had to turn her phone back on so she could turn everything else back to normal. Pieces were fitting together but it was not till a complaint to the AZ Board of Nursing was filed concerning Nurse Bobbie that our suspisions were confirmed Candice was behind it all. She took it upon herself through lies and deciept plus narcotics to fraulently pad her bank accounts.

It took days to get all wheels turning in the right direction but once the dust cleared we forged on. Notified bank and creditors there was no POA for Carole, no one to have account access. A message to that effect was left with Bow's partner. Candice was to stop. Bow could not use the now cancelled debit card so she went to another bank branch and was able to show her POA paper on the very day the SSI check came in and she withdrew it all except for $4.00 ( $1650.00) She already took the last SSI and Pension check s out the days they were deposited.

Meanwhile we report all this to APS, Terry Goddard"s office, BBB, and the police. None of then give a rip. The Cactus Police precinct has not even come out fot a report so that SSI can investigate her checks and issue replacements. When the other agencies contacted Bow she replied that her office had taken care of any problems at the home of....., and that she volunteered to recind POA already but claims Tom is the reason she had to leave the inpatient care unit! He needed her home to take care of him! What a lying so & so. She is not hospice material yet but she can't care of herself let alone anyone else. Tom takes care of his Mom, not the other way Candy!

She lied .. Even when The Supreme Court division of Fuduciary Certification contacted her she lied. Until then she had not returned numerous phone calls.She then made up a phoney page of a finacial credit and debit log. She opened a new account for Carole (she could no longer get into the old one) at Chase Bank thru dean Witter or some other INVESTMENT/TRUST firm. I should not say "for Carole" no intentions were there to ever let Carole control or see her money again.

When she finally did talk to Carole again she said she shut everything off at the house because she did not expect her to ever go home again. If Carole did not die she'd have put her in a nursing home. As soon as she took POA she began shutting of utilities and taking money, before even checking for a prognosis. Did she intend Carole would die? She said she did not expect to see her return home.The morphine should shut down the lungs of a COPD patient while she slept in the right dosage? No one would know . Carole's chart claimed Bow was the only family member! Heah Nurses.. how'd that happen? Let's see.. careless charting , intentional neglegence, aiding and abetting? I don't know yet either but it does not look good and no one wants to talk either.

Candice never returned Carole's jewery she walked off with the day in Sept when Candice crowned herself POA. Not untill the Supreme Court was notified. Stay tuned for updates and, I'm leaving out lots... please come forward if yoiv'e dealt with this Bow or AZ Guardians before(or now)

Why do Sumpreme Court Justices allow the vultures who call themselves fiduciaries continue to prey upon the weak and vulnerable. They steal hundrerds of thousands of dollars from people they have no concern for other than they are their bread and butter and they can make them their european vacation or Hawaiian cruise with a little strong arming, a few lies, and a signed Power of Attorney.After all the Supreme Court backs them and gives a little slap on the wrist if a complaint does happen to cross the desk.

If someone is brave enough to complain (many won't for fear of being left alone or maybe the conservator punishes them verbally or physically when they are alone together) Many have little or no family and don't want to be a burden.They are depressed and draw further into their depression when barked at by their "friend" the fuduciary, often they go along, allowing them to take their money, again, afraid to speak up and rightfully so.

My friend was medicated with morphine in order to get her to sign Power of Attorney. She was the Textbook "Vulnerable Senior Citizen" Depressed, lonely for the once busy life she led whith her spouse, feeling she is a burden on her family, saddened and feeling useless by her arthritic hands.

All a fiduciary needs is a lead as to wher eshe might find the lonely soul and she relentlessly pesters, romances, smiles overflowing with any promise her victim wants to hear. She lies, misrepresents her intentions, vows how lovely it will be when the 2 of them go to lunches, shopping, and just visiting.

Thats what Candice did In the same day she told my friend she was a nurse, a social worker, an estate planner who makes sure all her clients wishes are carried out to the T.

Here is how it started...

Hospice Arizona (all clues lead to their involvement or at least some of the employees) called in Candice. My friend Carol looked like an easy mark. Having been told she had an inoperable aneurism in her aorta and COPD, and she had been convinced to enter Hospice.
Any RN knows that you take a hx (history) on every new pt(patient) they intake. Part of that history will ask about surgeries, allergies, family. In doing the assessment a nurse would have found that Carole does not come out of sedation easily and she is easily sedated. She has become psychotic (audio and visual hallucinations, disorientation confusion) while under narcotic influence and while recovering from surgery.

Therefore they knew Carole would be a shoe in to sign papers if asked.

4 times she had to be admitted to inpatient status after the administration of MSO4(morphine). Tom (her son) asked that the MSO4 be D/C'd(discontinued) but they kept using it.
The 3rd time she had to be admitted Candice visited the day before. She asked that Carole be medicated for pain. Her arthritis was acting up and her arava had been dc'd when Hospice brought her on board, seems insurance would not pay for Arava as it was not given in terminal cases. Morphine however was not the drug of choide given Caroles repetative over sedation with it.(Thats another point..they tried to make Carole look on paper worse than how she actually was.. to make her Hospice material so they could be paid....incidently she is back on her Arava and doing much better!)

Morphine on board, Candice when asked whos he was replied, "your social worker" . She closed the door to Caroles room and spoke with Carole alone. She proceded to explain how Carole's world would be better with her in it as her new best friend. That's all Carole remembered.
What Tom and Carole did not know was that Carole signed a couple papers including POA, probably a trust for the auction of the home, medical POA, DNR, and God knows what else. No copies were left or sent by mail. But how could they? Candace changed Carole addredd to her own. A bit premature even if her fraudulent scheme had continued undiscovered.

Candice emerged with those papers telling no one (fiduciaries are supposed to work closely with family members) not even Carole's son and caregiver who puts his music teaching second to his mother's needs.

Tom is the only thorn in Candice's side(or so she thought...I'm here too). But Tom is the rightful heir, without him, Candice could do as she pleased. Funneling all the assets into her accts. Aother faux-paux Candy Girl! No mingling your assets(or soon to be lack there of) with a client's. I use term lightly as Carole never intended to give anyone other than Tom the POA. And hey Hospice...She's not so close to the end now that family and friends understand the working of the evil web woven around the naive and vulnerable. That day Candice also took Carole's jewelry, some checks, her ATM card, (her Driver license went missing too but it hasn't surfaced yet), and there's probably more I'll remember in the next update. There is so much more to this but for now if anyone else has had this woman fraud them or devastate them please send me a note on Craigslist in the personals if that's OK with this sight . We are still struggling against Candy and her will to control what is not hers.
