Hi,
I made a phone call from Sofia Airport-one less than a min-48$ and a 7 min one for $66.Same story-phone was a regular public pay-phone I have been using a milion times before,just never with a credit card for a long distance call. No information on the company that you actually place the call through,no rates-nothing.
We filed a complaint with BBB.org.I daubt anything is going to come out of it but if anyone is filing a class- action lawsuit we will be happy to join.There are a lot more people.I found like 50 on a website called forum.virtualtourist.com

This company is located in Tijuana, Mexico. Because of this you cannot sue them. US laws do not apply to this company. The best thing you can do is accept the 40% discount (if it has been offered) and consider youself lucky. Other people dont get even that.

I have also been ripped off by this company and I have found countless websites filled with complaints. I am very interested in filing a class action lawsuit and I wonder if others would join me.
