Billy Parks, Fraudulent Talent Agent William Morris Endeavor Scam Artist, Fraud, Predator, Manipulator, Fake Agent Los Angeles California

Billy Parks has been going around Los Angeles claiming that he is a talent agent at William Morris Endeavor. This report is to verify that he 100% does not and has never in his life had any affiliation to or worked for William Morris, nor is he an agent anywhere else in Los Angeles. He has a Instagram site www.instagram.com/billyparks (or @billyparks) in which he posts fake pictures and makes false claims that he is an agent for William Morris. He pays people to get into red carpet events (people that I know and have discussed this with) and posts pictures. Additionally, he re-posts generic photographer pictures to events that he is not at and makes claims that he is.

Billy Parks has been issued a cease and diseast to stop this behavior however he has ignored it so far. As such this is the next step. He continues to maintain an instagram site where he pretends to live the life of a talent agent in LA.

BEWARE of this man. I have first hand seen Billy claim to be the lead agent for several major films (which he was not) and also witnessed him manipulate and maintain long term lies to aspiring female actresses in an attempt to get them to sleep with him and to extract money from them.

Billy Park's lies carry so far as the following:

1) Posting false pictures to his instagram site (see attached where he attempts to show that he got new business cards from WME, read the caption that he posted).

2) Claiming that he is a talent agent with William Morris Endeavor in order to get girls to sleep with him.

3) Give aspiring actresses fake scripts and have them read and do tapings of scenes that he claims are being reviewed by the producer of these movies. However, he has no relationship with these producers.

4) Billy Parks has claimed to be the head agent working with Salt 2, X-Men, Snow White 2, and a number of other movies. HE IS NOT AN AGENT.

BEWARE of this man, He is a pathalogical liar and has and will try to manipulate you. He does not work with any of these producers and is lying to you in order to get something from you.
