blizzrad.com, this company for "world warcraft" gaming stole money from my bank account three different times on the exact same day causing my bank account to become negative. i have never heard of this company in my life so i obviously never ordered anything from them and they used my bank account to withdrawl money multiple times without my permission. they have cost me over $160. they are liars, cheaters, and stealers. i want my money back.

#4 Consumer Suggestion

they cant get your bank info

AUTHOR: Star - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 06, 2007

The company that you spoke of is a very large company and there is no way they can "steal" your bank account information. The only way they charge you is if a person signed up using your personal information. If you are not the person that signed up for their services then you should look to family members to see if they have signed up for their services without there knowledge. If no one in your family has purchased any games or signed up for their online gaming (world of warcraft) then i would suggest looking into the possibility that you may be a victim of identity theft. Any person who has fradulent charges has the right to dispute the charges through their bank. You state that they are "liars cheaters and stealer's" but haven't stated exactly what you have done to dispute these charges.

Blizzard would never do this.

They are the most honest company I have ever dealt with. They protect their customers and their information with tactics that should be shared amongst all other companies. My suggestion to you is to get a new credit card. Blizzard only accepts credit cards and game cards as payment for their monthly fees in World of Warcraft. If you're getting electronic checks or debits directly out your account, then it isn't Blizzard who is doing it. It is someone who has stolen your account information.

someone is playing wow!!

AUTHOR: Jenny - (U.S.A.)

Hi there I am a mother of 2 boys that play WOW and unfortunately my spouse too. I'm just tying to help you understand how it works ...first of all someone in your house is playing WOW aka world of warcraft it cost $15 a month to play online. When you pay online with a credit card every month it will renew and charge your acct. untill someone changes the info on the payment page. Your child/spouse isn't being honest because they want their acct paid every month. Does this make sense. Hope this helps.

Umm... I really don't know what to tell you. I don't know if you have kids or a spouse that plays, but Blizzard is a very honest company. They have much better things to do than " Hack " into your bank account.
