I found out in Cook County, she was charged w/a felony (writing bad checks), she was allowed to plead guilty and have a lesser misdemeanor on her record, and she only receive probation. Case number 05CR2322701
Help put her in jail this time so she can not defraud anyone else!!!!

Tina/Towona Viramontes has been charge w/4 felonies.

1. Theft/Unauthorized control (Class 3 felony)
2. Forgery/Make/Alter Document (Class 3 Felony)
3. Forgery/Issue/Deliver Document (Class 3 Felony)
4. Bad Checks/greater than $150 (Class 4 Felony)

Karma is starting to catch up to her. She was released and is due back in court on 11/6

I am not lying about this, and you can threaten me all you would like.
I called and checked on the website you listed. That particular organization does not even handle your type of company. It handles companies that need licenses.

get a login and password, and look up Towona Viramontes and Towona Bond.
You can see her bankruptcy records, and all the people she owns. It also includes some materials stating how MP Fiesta Market is suing her for signing bad payroll check for her employees. The suit also names Don Gurlock, Towona's former roommate, whe except by name has nothing to do with the company. Poor guy is getting in trouble for things she is doing.

If you have your W-2s on hand, why didn't you give paycheck stubs to the bankruptcy courts when you tried to file Chap. 13
Maybe because you don't give yourself a paycheck, instead you just take the money from CC of customers.
I did check the website you listed (I called them also), too bad that is not the right one for your type of company.
Your entire life is shady, from the foreclosure to the unpaid bills!

I have listed in many rebuttals that you can call and ask for yourself and you will see the Ag's office goes on names not addresses anyone who has any wits about them would do this I have posted the phone number. Then to blow this completely out of the water you can call or check on the web all the company names listed and see who the owners were I actually spent 1 hour of my time doing it just to satisfy my own curiosity and wow I found out some interesting news. Each of these companies were owned by different individuals and not one name was related to the other and 1 of the companies was still in good standings with Illinois. How is this if all these companies did so many bad things and I have been linked to all of them, Per this person.... Why is it my name is not listed as anything on any of the paperwork? Interesting isn't it? I found it very. I checked with the IRS just to verify I have never worked for any of these companies either. Interesting NOPE and if you ask I will provide W2's for every company I have worked for in the past 10 years I do have that on hand. Now I have over the years have found people don't like me but one this is for sure I never met a Marry either as a friend or employee and don't know anyone out of Roselle, So after digging I have found that this person is hiding their true Identity and for what reason.... mmmmm maybe because they are a liar and don't want to get served paperwork from my attorney letting this person know its a crime and can be prosecuted for defamation of caricature and can be sued since not one of the allegations are true nor can be proved or even found. I would advise to stop all the shenanigans and move on with your life and if you have all this evidence then do what you do instead of writing on here have me sued or put in jail, or is it you can't so you resort to this?

If the AG only went by address, what would happen to companies w/the same name. If I called and complained about a McDonald's in Schaumburg, does that mean that all of the McDonald's have a complaint against them. Please think about your response before trying to prove something.
I have done my research, you and all of your companies that you have run (Apple Leasing, American Creative Solutions, Land of Liberty Marketing, Business Provisions and American Marketing Experts) are bad news.

Again I am right the Attorney generals office does not go by your address but by your company name. This is now just more proof that I was right and the initial report is bogus. If you are a business owner you know just as well as I do they don't list your company address they list your company name. This is proof that this report is bogus.

Just called the Attorney General, you are right, your company Apple Leasing in Carpentersville has no complaints, but when Apple Leasing was in Schaumburg there are complaints listed there!

You are a lier and a cheat, someone will catch up to you TINA!

Your right you do not own your own house, you are renting, it makes it harder for the cops to find you because your name is not on the house.

Your business has not been closed by the police, because you close it yourself and re-open under another name and change addresses to hide. For someone running for at least 7 years they know how to avoid the police. Also, your company is not even under your name and you can not even open your own business account because of your history.

American Marketing Experts, Business Provisions, Land of Liberty Marketing, American Creative Solutions and Apple Leasing are the companies you have started, stole customer's money and then run. You threaten your employees to stay quiet, mean while you do not even pay them, but you live however you want.

Someone will catch up to you and I will help in any way I can. People making an honest living do not deserve to have their money taken by you!

Where to start.
1. There is not one complaint against Apple Leasing Inc. at the attorney Generals office I am giving you the phone number to verify for yourself. 312-814-3000 You can ask them for yourself.
2. We have never gone into companies accounts to take money that doesn't belong to us if this was the case then why wouldn't we be closed down or even in jail. This is common sense to verify that by yourself.
3. There is no bankruptcy ever filed on this company and to verify this it is very simple call the court house and this will be verified also.
4. I have never owned a horse and I don't own my house so this is interesting to me also.
what business owner takes her employees to her house NONE so how would anyone say something like this.
if you pay attention to what is said in this complaint and use common sense you will see for yourself how stupid this sounds. I have never had a client named Mary nor an employee so what is funny to me is if I took this persons money why didn't the police get involved? If I don't have a bank account then how am I paying my employees? I don't have one bounced check out there from our company so once again why wouldn't we be closed down or better yet why wouldn't the police be involved?
Funny isn't it that just a little verification can set this complaint in ruins. So whoever this is needs to get facts straight and call me, I am not Tina Bond nor have I ever been. This is just someone who has nothing better to do with their time maybe its someone who doesn't like me whatever and whoever you are why don't you contact me directly and deal with things properly or is it you are trying to open your own marketing firm and need customers. See I am a real nice person and if this was the case why not just ask me I might throw you some business no matter what you say my clients know the truth and will stick by me for years almost 9 and they know the truth so all you are doing is hurting your own credibility. Think about it this is not the way to start your company, nor hurt mine.
