did not send rebate after 5 months. girl at onrebate says checks were hung up in computer (for 5 months) ???? aother employee says he never heard of such a thing and said it would nbe mailed in a week and its been 3 weeks now--i am contacting credit card co and entering a dispute which the card co says buy.com will have to resend them the money

i just tried to call them again and after being on hold for 34 mins the agent hung up when i asked abt the rebate i was suppose to get in aug. i am now contact www.fbi.gov for fraud and also the federal trade commission
