These people will lie and say anything to get you to buy and they have such a high turn over rate there is no way you can talk to the same sales rep when you go back in with a complaint. They will tell you to buy replacement plan and if anything happens they will simply swap out your phone, headache free. Yeah right! You go in and they don't even want to waste time talking to you because you are not buying something new. After getting blown off I was finally able to get someone to talk to me.

You have to mail in your phone, you have a deductible even though sales girl swore up and down it was simply an exchange now it turns out it's a 125 dollar deductible for a phone thats not even made anymore! There customer service is in India and they hardly speak english, then you give up because you realize you need your phone and they have you by the balls so agree to pay and they can't take my credit card information now. So after all this trouble then they are not able to help me. Horrible company will never buy from them again but i will go in and use up there time check out merchandise and then buy from competition online.
