When me and my husband were looking for a rental I came accross an add in the pennysaver stating an awesome price so gave them a call. The scam artist told me to come to the office give them $180 we would definately get a rental , no credit check fees, letters of explanation, and there was no security deposits to be paid on any of their properties.

Me and my husband rushed down there gave them our money, our info for credit checks, and they took down our criteria for a rental. We were told to come back the next day to pick up a weekly updated list and go see any of the properties we might like.

The next day we went and got our list, most of the properties were not the area we wanted, but there was one we liked. We took a look at it, liked it, went home and contacted casas grande they said we will call and make an appointment and call you back to let you know when.

After about 3 days I started calling and they were directing me to a woman that did not speak english knowing without a doubt I was fluent in english. Eventually after about a week asking to talk to the manager asnd complaining I did not speak english he was able to communicate for me. I was told show up to the property to meet with the owner and one other family would also be there.

Saturday comes (heres the topper) we show up a half an hour early to make sure we dont miss the guy and make a good impression. When we arrived there was about fifty people in the house in the yard in the parking area it was a zoo!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner told everyone that he only had four applications write your contact info on a piece of paper and I will call you. My husband went up to the guy and asked why is there so many people we were told by the company that we were up against one family to get the place. His reply: I do not know who casa grande is I had appointments with four people today.

The next day my husband went back and tryed to get his money back they said no you have to wait 180 days until you have fully tried the service to get the money back. He said no I do not want to deal with this anymore and they just flat out said well were sorry but thats our policy.

We waited the 180 days, tried to call number was disconnected, went by the place and it was gone. So in otherwords we are out 180 just for trying to save some money.
