I went on Cat's Meow website to order ONE cat toy, with a buy one get one free offer.  I entered 2 in the quantity, and hit the back button before submitting my order.  When checking out, I upgraded the order to the deluxe model for $5 more.  I received 2 confirmation e-mails for my order totalling 5 toys and over $200 dollars.  I have yet to figure out how I ordered 5!  There is no way to speak to a real person when you call the customer service center.  They only update the customer service website to reflect the order after it has shipped, and it is too late to cancel.  This is a total Rip Off.
