This Manager was just fired at Chase. He can't lead people for his behavior is unbecoming a Leader and a Man. Peers, Subordinates and Employees can't trust this person. He also has cheated on his wife while she was pregnant. WOW! This person should never be in the Financial Services Industry and not in Management whatsoever. He hurt many people with his dishonest behavior and destroyed many careers intentionally. Th man can never be trusted.

Solid Individual

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, June 29, 2015

I've had the honor to work with Jason for the past decade. He is a genuine individual that doesn't do what's easy but does what's right. Jason expected his employees to perform at a high level and would work with us side by side to make sure our goals were achieved.

Personally, Jason would always take time to discuss issues in my personal life and I have grown as an individual due to his solid mentoring through the years. Jason is one of the most honest and hardworking managers I have had the pleasure to work for.

This report is silly

I worked for Chase Bank for over a decade and had many leaders/managers. Jason was one the best. He had the courage to speak the Truth, cut through bureaucracy of a big bank and cared about you both professionally and personally.

Jason was available for discussion during the day or after work. It was not unusual for him to take have a call at seven in the morning or nine at night to find a solution to issues.

He encouraged all to think outside the corporate structure. Jason was able to in a short time fix multiple problems to make the group he lead very successful. Most people had their best financial years under his tutelage. He is both a great example of what a manager and leader should be. A great asset to CHASE

Honorable and Trustworthy Individual

AUTHOR: R. Christian - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, June 25, 2015

I was very surprised to have read such a negative report on a man who I know both professionally and personally.

Jason and I both worked at Chase together for the better part of 3 years. In that time, I have known him to nothing outside of honorable and true to his word in every aspect.

As a manager, he earned the respoect of all of his peirs, with the exception of the usual few who were not able to to keep above water, as is obvious by the baseless comments in the prior reports.

Having witnessed his departure from Chase, I can assure you it was amicable and mutual by all parties. Knowing Jason both professionally and personally, I would highly refer him to any management position in the financial services industry up through the CXO level.

Jason is an Outstanding individual

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, June 25, 2015

Let me first start off with the fact that i have had the opportunity to work with Jason Pendergist for over 11 years.  During this time he has shown only the highest qualities and standards you would wish for in a manager.  He is honest, fair, intellegent, and one of the best and brightest around.

I will not speculate as to what occured to prompt the previous post, i will only comment that the personal jabs at Jason for being dishonest and unfaithful are both spectulative and dishonest in themselfs.  Jason is as forthright as one can be, and would adress any concers or complaints directly if asked to.

I can only write on what i know, and with the time i have spent with Jason i feel my opinion is substantiated.  Jason is a great individual who has done wonders for the Commercial real estate envoronment both at Chase and his current position of Chief Lending Officer at Luther Burbank Savings.
