The manager at Chase Bank on Cave Creek and Bell Road refused to help me in an emergency and seized my business account and will not give me my $50,812.05! They have been holding this since 11/05/2021. I have been going to this bank for 22 years.

On friday, November 5th, 2021, I needed to complete a bank transaction and I forgot my ID at home. However, I had all of my ID cards for all of my accounts but he would still not help me without my ID. Even though I had my uniform on with my name, my social security card, and my business card, he still refused to help me and called the police who did not file a report.

The bank manager needs to be fired. I demand my $50,812.05 back immediately! Sincerely, Greg Kaiser
