CitiFinancial Service ripoff Killeen Texas

I took out a Home Equity loan from this company back in January of this (06) the office called for payment on the loan I autorized for my checking account to be debited and to have my account with Citifiancial current I have always paid check by phone and always with thesame lady Well, I get a call from Citifiancial that mycheck was returned as insufficent funds and I know that that wasent right I immediately went to my bank to see what the problem was and my bank informed me that there was no recordof a check from Citifianancial trying to clear on my account so that menas one thing that the information was not entered in correctly and this is the same account that we have always drafted on, now I relize that we are all human we make mistakes but dont tell your boss and please dont tell me that the check was returned as insuffcient And again that really didnt upset until Citifianancial strated comming to my house sometimes twice a day wonting money. I did not do another check by phone to replace the one that Citifiancail says that was insuffecent I had taxes that I had to pay for my grandparents and that took everything from that account so I could not do anything until I recieved my settlement check and I told Citifianancial that If the numbers were entered in correctly the first time I would have budgeted for better for my grandparents taxes I was threatened with foreclouser phone calls every day and visits to my home and this is the one thing that pushed me to the edge I have a radio tower on another portion of property that I recieve a lease check from monthly a lady that works at Citifiancial could the company of whom I recieve a monthly check from and told them that theyneeded to move there tower equipment off of the property because Citifianacial is in the process of foreclosing on that property I recieved a letter in the mail from the company who has the tower on my property stating that Citifiancial had called them trying to get in touch with me and to also call the company that has the tower on my property because they were concerned of the situtation I therefore called the tower company and I spoke with a gentlemen and he stated that the Lady with CitiFiancial informed him that they would be foreclosing on the property so theyneed to remove there tower equipment I was so mad I called Citifianancial and spoke to the lady who called this company and told them to remove there equipment I asked her why she done that and she said because we could not get in touch with you but keep in mind that they have been coming to my house and speaking to me so they have been in contact with me and also I informed the ladyat Citifianancial that were this tower is located is 1 mile away from the home in which the loan was taken out on our city code is you can not have a home any wherenear a tower it has to be the height of the tower x3 feet away in cause it happenes to fall and the lady replied back and said well I dont know where it is located because I have never been out o look and until I do so that is were I stand I said to her do you not think that you have violeted my privacey
