Clyde trails Financials Called my 73 Y.O. mother with Buyer from California who wanted to purchase her timeshare. Sent a check for 1985.00 for closing costs,Never was able to contact company again. Reported them to Attorney Tampa, Florida

Clyde trails Financials called my 73 year old mother on February 8th 2012. A man named Stanley Pierce told her he had a buyer for her Timeshare located on a golf coarse in Virginia. She was eager to sell it after my father passed away in 2008. My mother sent them a check for 1985.00 after recieving a contract via e-mail. After the company cashed the check,they were never contactable again. Never could reach them on their company phone. Never could contact Stanley Pierce on his personal phone number he gave my mother. There should be steeper penalities for ripping off the elderly
