ROBERT K. ROWE IS A DECEITFUL SCAM ARTIST!! He uses manipulative tactics to weasel consumers and businesses out of thousands of dollars. He contacted our business in search of working capital for his “CUSTOM CHOPPERWERKS and GRIPTHIS1.COM” companies. After verifying his bank statements to check his volume of business we advanced him $50,000.00 for inventory purchases. Less than a month later after only paying back 20% of his initial advance he begins calling our company non-stop for 2 weeks straight requesting a renewal for more funding claiming to have received a big upcoming order for bikes .Based on that information we approved him for an additional $100,000.00.

Almost immediately after receiving the funds ROBERT K ROWE placed a stop payment order on our withdrawals and finally closed his bank accounts. After talking to Robert he claimed to have opened a new account and would be sending us the new information so he could continue paying us. After trying repeatedly to get in contact with Mr. Rowe he disconnected his phone line and never responds to emails. Under FL Statutes - Title XLVI Crimes Section 832.04 making a stop payment is the same as passing a worthless check  In that event, the violation constitutes a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

ROBERT K ROWE defrauded our business out of $140,815.00 dollars by using criminal and fraudulent tactics, additionally forcing us to spend money on our attorneys to file criminal and civil suits against ROBERT K. ROWE’s criminal practices. MR. ROWE maybe avoiding paying us for now but he will not escape the legal and financial repercussion of fraud!  As a warning to future consumers and businesses ROBERT K.
