A Day Out With Thomas The Tank Engine: sounds great for my 2.5 year old twins and a lot of their friends. We get a huge group of 20 together to go and enjoy the day and purchased tickets online for 10am train ride. Train was totally overbooked. We had nowhere to sit and had to STAND. Staff was nonexistent and no one could provide any help whatsoever. My 2.5 year olds cried entire time. No staff able to help, when I called to complain, the ticket seller (TicketWeb.com, total rip off service charge of 3.65 per ticket!) referred me to "Hit Entertainment" as the sponsor of the event with my complaints. No one from Hit Entertainment ever responded to my emails and phone calls. This whole event is terrible and a scam. My kids and I were so disappointed. What's really a shame is it could have been great, had there been the slightest bit of organization to the event and some customer service after the fact.
