I purchased a computer from dell on 11-24-04. On Easter 2005, the computer failed to function properly. I have spent a total of 38 hours on the phone with several dell technicians and supervisors with no luck. Dell sent an onsite technician to change the motherboard and still no luck. Dell wants to continue troubleshooting this lemon computer and not refund my money. Dell is costing me an average of $2400 daily besides the $1500 for the computer. The entire Dell experience has been a complete nightmare from the start. Even the purchase part was unreal the way they respond to a potential customer. What is my next move?

The madness continues! Dell has offered to replace the motherboard once again out of the kindness of their hearts? Once the motherboard is replaced, i am to once again call dell tech support to reload all the software and continue troubleshooting procedures.
I have asked Dell if they are willing to employ me so that i may receive payment for doing their work! What are they smoking overthere anyway? Why does our government allow this corporation to exist even after all the lawsuits and complaints against them?
I have finally contacted a law firm to handle this matter. I should have done that from the start! Fight fire with fire!
