I went several rounds with ITV Direct trying to cancel my order for that piece of crap book Weight Loss Cures. I had to file a complaint with the Boston Better Business Bureau to get any action out of ITV. I received my book several weeks after the money was deducted from my account. I returned it a few days later. I am still waiting for my refund. I was told it takes 30 days to issue a refund...
I find it appalling that Kevin Trudeau is allowed to continue peddling his crappy books inspite of the numerous complaints and FTC judgement against him. He is making millions of dollars deceiving people. The rest of us would have been in jail by now if we were doing what Kevin is doing
