Directv - PrimeTV - Satellite Systems - Northstar Installations ripoff Nationwide Fraud to Installation Contractors and Customers from SOUTHERN PINES South Carolina

For all contractors and customers, On march 26,2004 Directv and Prime TV, LLc without notice to all new customers sold equipment and to all installation contractors, nationwide were informed via email that no more installations will be paid for by Directv for that days end of business. This was due to ongoing problems to between that the two companies kept quite. Through companies like Northern Installations Inc, and Sattellite Sytems Inc, all contracts up to that day were being pushed hard to put more customers directv systems in andto even expand service areas. On 3/35/34 I was personally asked if my company would expand services to 4 sities for coverage. This was at great expanse and no enormous loss financially.

These 4 companies involved knew that 3/26/2004 was the end of the line. They intentionlly defrauded customers and contractors out of millions of dollars. will not even answer calls and send emails promising payment but then followed by more excuses.

The interesting thing is that both companies are in the process of suppling services for DishNetwork , Inc and the Owners of Prime TV, LLc have filed for a new company name to sell DishNetwork Systems. They have already defrauded thousands of victims and are gearing up to do more damage.

This is a call to bring a massive investigation into all 4 companies and what happend and when awareness to s**t down was made, Also to file a Class action suit and finally federal criminal charges for mail fraud, racateering, intentional intent to defraud individuals and copmaines be brought, let's bring these companies to justice.
