In April, 2013, we signed a contract with Kenneth Osborne owner of East Coast Metal Structure in La Grange, NC, to have a building installed on our premises. He was given a check for materails and installation and as of today the building was never installed. We have called him several times and at one time a person answered the phone and said the building could not be installed because they have no workers to install it. Kenneth also known as Pete, promised us the building would be installed in May 2013, well here it is now June and still no building.
My husband now calls his office and no one answers the phone, we now find out that Pete has filed bankruptcy so now we have no building and is now out of 6000.00. We have been ripped out big time along with many other customers of his. I have filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I'm hoping if others have been ripped off by this company that they do the same.
Justice needs to be done against this company and this person for the money he has taken from us all in which the services promised by him were never rendered. He calls himself a Christian man, but a Christian man would not steal from people to fulfill their needs.
