We received a later stating that we were prequalified to refinance our home at a low fixed APR with no closing costs.  Sounded too good to be true, but we called.  We were immediately told that it was a misprint and it should have said variable, the fixed is higher.  We received a similar offer with a super low fixed interest rate in the summer from them, so hard to believe it's not bait and switch.
