Empire Movers - The absolute worst moving experience I have ever had in my life. Scam rates and damaged stuff Unprofessional false quote lazy Houston Texas

I had a move come up on very short notice, after calling around I thought I found a good company and a good price.  I was quoted 2 to 3 hours and 2 guys and everything was agreed on.

Come moving day the time got pushed back, whatever.  Pushed back again, getting nervous.  They finally arrive and what do I get?  3 guys.  By now it's too late in the evening to call someone else and I've got to be out of there that night so no way to set something new up.  Reluctantly I agree and figure it will at least help it get done in a reasonable time.  Holy hell that did not happen.

The first 15 minutes of so was looking great, 1 guy busting his a*s and the other 2 guys working decent.  Pretty quick the 3rd guy basically stops.  He's spending nearly all of his time in the back of the truck slightly rearranging things, the second guy slows down and is constantly bitching about guy number 3.  Only the first guy keeps working non-stop.  I've been helping the whole time because I just want this done and without going horribly over budget and pretty soon I've moved more of my stuff than one of the guys I'm paying and probably as much as another.
