(Express Auto ) this company has two locations in Kalamazoo Michigan Benton Harbor Michigan Holland Michigan and two RIP OFF-SCAMING-FEEDING OFF OF GOOD PEOPLE WITH LOW OR NO CREDIT battle creek Michigan

I purchased a b able from this company on 10th of October 2013 ,and the vehicle has been in the shop supposably getting fixed 6 different timessince the day of purchase and they still have not fixed it . Ive been stranded with my 18mon old son when he was sick and had to walk through a snow storm . They kept my truck for a week at the benton harbor location instead of shipping it up to battle Creek or kzoo witch is where their only 2 service locations to fix the vehicle are .thier saleperson are extremely rude and even told the salesman that he would make me walk home if my vehicle could not be replaced or fixed keep in mind I live in Bridgman Michigan and I was Iin their kzoo location (ABout an hour and 20 min from home).. there has been times where my 02 trailblazer would break down and they wouldnt give me a loaner .I have 4 children and this is really taking its toll on my family considering ouw other car is an impala witch u cant fit us and 4 kids in . Ive talked to a lawyer and he said that even though they put the car in the shop numerous amounts of times they still have not figured out what was wrong with it , it considered a breach of contract because they have not fixed the problem yet. these people feed off of individuals either with low income or poor credit do not let them get you like they have done so many others
