First Credit Now, Et Al applied online for a loan, changed mind, canceled application . company deducted $19.95 ; bank charged a $34.00 fee. Unknown Internet

I got a spam e-mail offering $1500. loan.
I started toapplied online, changed mind during application.
I even talked via e-mail with a customer service rep online, who assured me no funds would be either added or deducted from my account.
My Wells Fargo checking acccount in Woodlan, CA was hit for $19.95 anyway by First Credit Now; my bank charged me a $34.00 overdraft fee.
This all happened this week.
First Credit now hides behind other names promoting it's loan service, making it hard to track down after the damage.
