Four Seasons Resort presentation and purchase of vacation package was all a lie...I have lost $2500.00 Oxford Alabama

First of all i did purchase this vacation @ $2500.00 Free gift at presentation was not free it required $100.00 fee.....LIE Book anywhere and give discount of 10% if we found it cheaper ...LIE Discount of food at certain resturants...LIE Book anywhere and anytime...LIE I have tried several times to make specific reservations with no success. everything they told us at the presentation is a total lie. I think this company needs to refund money and they need to close this business to prevent other people from making this mistake.
