Frys Electronics Falsely sold T.V. not true 1080p Downers Grove Illinois

Bought Mitsubishi WD-62627 t.v. 1/06 with 5yr.warranty on the recommendation of salesman that the t.v was a true 1080p television. The saleman said that the t.v was future proof and I would have no problem with getting the 1080p picture with HDMI. The technology was not present to check it out at the time. Now I purchase a blu ray player and it can't display 1080p because the t.v is not 1080p. Called Mitsubishi and after 2 weeks they finally say that the T.V is not truly a 1080p t.v. I called the store and emailed the corp. office which finally has the stor manager call. He plainly understands my anger but because to much time has passed there is nothing he will do. Though there was no way for me to check at the time and that the saleman told me it was 1080p was not his problem. He said to take it up with the manufacturer. I called Mitsubishi and they referred me to call the retailer.
