Gamersfirst, what a joke of a name for a company that operates the way they do. Well anyway I was a long time player in a game they own (but did not create) called APB Reloaded and I was banned from it recently (I'm not quite sure why but I think I have a decent guess) I had been a loyal customer and spent over $200 dollars on APB. My gripe with G1 isn't so much with the fact that they banned me, but with their support.

I initially sent in a ticket when I logged in to see that my account was blocked. In response to my ticket all I got was a generic perma-ban message also stating that any further tickets from my account would be ignored. A few friends sent in tickets on my behalf once I explained my situation. One of my friends told me he got a response and that they told him that G1 said they can't discuss other players accounts and that I'd have to contact them myself. So I did.

What follows is a word for word exchange with me and support.

My ticket:

"Hello there. Kuvoski of Joker server. Pretty much going out on an abandon all plea here, whatever that means.

A couple friends said they sent in tickets on my behalf and one of them got this as a response.

"I am sorry but I will be unable to assist you in this matter. Please note that your friend will need to send their own ticket as we are unable to discuss other players accounts."

I made this secondary account in a most likely vain attempt to appeal my ban. I'm guessing making another account for this sort of thing isn't allowed but due to your ever so wonderful support system it's impossible for me to appeal otherwise. Is there any possible means for ban appeal here? I understand I broke the rules, at least I think I did, I have a pretty good guess but I was never given a specific reason for the ban. Please reconsider this. I know I'm not in charge, but perma ban just seems too d**n severe. I was never even given any kind of warning or even a temp ban, just shot right in the back of
the head.

Thank You
-Kuvoski"

Their Response:

Thank you for contacting APB Customer Support,

I will need the email address associated with the banned account.

Regards,

GamersFirst Customer Support"

This gave me hope. a response from an actual human! So I replied by giving them my email linked with my original account. A day went by and then I got another generic perma-ban. I was quite pissed by this so I sent in one last ticket:

"I've been polite and done my best to make my point clear and all I get is a god damned stock message!?!?

Go f*** yourselves.

Have a nice day.

-Kuvoski"

They didn't even try to help me or give me a decent response. This kind of crap is unacceptable service (if you can even call it that) to me.
