Where does anyone begin! Well on 12-29-08 I signed for a trial version for $1.99. They would sent you a cd (which I never recieved) . We'll under hidden terms they would charge you $94.89 within 7 days if you don't cancel. You have to look a very long time to find they would charge this as like I said it's hidden very well and very delibret. Not knowing this I was charged the $94.89 after 7 days along with 2 overdraft fees cause they put in a transaction I did not authorize.

I was quick to cancel then. You would think after canceling you would get your refund. Not that easy, these idiots make you wait 90 days before you can even start tring to get a refund. Then they tell you there site is free to use for that 90 days. Now who in thier right mind would want to cancel something and still use it. After trying to dispute it with my bank they said there was nothing they could do cause of Grants terms. As furious as I was and after a few nasty emails to Grants for you now they could of care less so I had to bite my tongue and wait.

The only reason they make you wait the 90 days is in hope that you would forget about it after. I kinda did for now it is June 09 and I am fighting these idiots again. They say for a rufund you can mail, fax, or email your request. Well started with the faxes three weeks ago and nothing from them. I email them and they say you will get a response within 24 hours. after 5 emails and 2 weeks later still nothing. They say you can email them but they wont give you an address. Now the number you call is 866-876-2778.

I have called everyday and they keep blowing me off. They tell me that only way I can contact the billing dept is thru email. BULLSHIT! They do not contact you back so how is that possible. And for A billing department not to have a phone number or address is real fishy to me. I finally told the lady that was their billing dept building a top secret fraud scamming ring. My assumption was its prob her husband in the other room taking everyones money. I don't think she liked that when I said it but then again I don't like people stealing from me either.

Under all the stress they put me thru I have waited and waited and they are not fullfilling their agreement. You think it would be easier to just give the refunds with no hassle cause now I have done this, I have contacted the better buisness bureau, and they will be getting calls and emails everyday till they give me back what they took from me. If anyone suggests anthing email me at (((email redacted))). I will not give up and next is contacing the california attorney office. We must bring these scam artists to an end.
