Homecomings Finacial Aka Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas Chapter 13 BK Doesn't stop Homecomings from fraud Dallas Texas, Nationwide, Internet

My husband and myself declared ch 13 bk in Oct,2003, Homecomings filed forlocure papers on Nov,2003. During repayment of ch 13 which I might add was paid off two and a half years early Homecomings added fee's and costs to the tune of $1618.00.
Homecomings then took payments sent for current and arrearage payments and posted towards late fees and the $1618.00 leaving us with a continually deliquent payment.
Without formal notice of default Homecomings/ aka Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas has now filed for foreclosure on September 15, 2006.
What a mess, back to the same place we were at when we filed for ch 13 bk, so much for federal protection laws.
