This company has been taking money out of my account for the last three months for credit protection/ID theft. This is the ID theft company. They say well you have applied for a payday loan and on March 24 drafted another 31.98 out of my account. Also, there is a sister company Payday Loan Resource Center that started this mess anyway. They say we signed up for a payday loan and agreed to the other crap. They have also been taking an additional 6.78 out of my check for I dont know what.
Good luck talking to someone with any understanding of English. I guess they do that so we can get mad and hang up. I call there everyday b/c it is not the money but the principle of the situation. There is a ten minute commerical you HAVE to listen to before you are even directed to talk to anyone. Once you get someone on the line, they will quickly cancel it, but will not give you a refund. I ask them since I have paid for this service, how am I suppose to use it? I was told I got an email. No information in the mail, nothing.
