JBS Swift and Company JBS Swift and Company supervisor mistreat's Employees Greeley, Colorado

JBS  Swift and Company supervisor mistreat their employees, by yelling at them like their stupid.  Many times Lorenzo and Brandon supervisors except new employees to pull count after one week of training.  Then if the new employee can't perform the job as a senior employee Brandon or Lorenzo will call them names, like lazy.

The supervisor Brandon or Lorenzo Will say "What in the hell is wrong with you; You don't want to work!" to the employee.  They will harass the employee until they make them cry.

While many times the Supervisor Brandon or Lorenzo will not follow proceeds of Food safety.  They will  pick up meat off the floor and put it back on table to be packed.  If there meat with an abscess or puss they don't want to throw the meat away, but leave it alone to be shipped and sold that way. They claim that's wasting meat, because once the meat is frozen the customer won't know the abscess is there, and it's O.K. 

When one of the employees went to make a report to Waldo the Q.A. with management support, about an abscess in the meat.  Waldo just turned his head like he didn't care.  When the employee confronted him he needed to stop the chain and wash down the tables and belts. Waldo then lied and called the supervisor the employee was Horse Playing. 

Brandon then took the employee to the office asked the employee for their I.D. and suspended them and told them not to return to work.
