John Edwards SlumLord King Refuses to keep his properties up and rent to anything but section 8 Council Bluffs Iowa

John Edwards buys homes in upper class neighborhoods and refuses to screen his tenants, refuses to sign no party policies, doesn't check how many police reports are on his tenants. Refuses to deal with all the upkeep of a house.

He is 100% PURE SLUMLORD!! RENTING TO WELFARE LAZY CRACKHEADS THAT ONLY GET PREGNET TO GET FREE RENT!! That is fine if they have good references and intend to take care of the property!! We mowed their lawn all last year without a thank you. We fixed her cars for 3 years free not a thank you! Yet This pOS SLUMLORD wants to BLAME the homeowners for his incompetence in being able to rent to qualified tenants. Much less his irresponsibility in not keeping his properties up!!! When he was reported to the helath department he throws a fit. He is SO UNPROFESISONAL AND THE BIGGEST SLUMLORD THERE IS!!!!~

I would not EVER buy a house from him nor rent from him.
He is VERY disrespectful to the homeowners in the area and does not have any backbone to face to face with them. He is the WORST SLUMLORD IN THE USA!! He deserves to live next to them after being in the hospital trying to get sleep, being woke up constantly 3 times a week from drinking parties and can't get back to sleep and this is having an ill affect on the homeowners health. It only continued to get worse. He is the biggest SLUMLORD THERE IS!!! SLUMLORD JOHN EDWARDS!!!

There is others homeowners that used to rent from him and they too say what a POS he is and what a SLUMLORD he is. He refuses to fix anything. He does not want anything but his 800.00 a month!!!

My wish would be for him to sell the house so I don't have to deal with the SLUMLORD!!!
