Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I went to this dentist, if he gives you a quote on work if you don't have insurance. Be sure to get it in writing. I was told one amount and then when he was done with the work he told me I owed a different amount that was a lot more. He said the quote he gave me was not written in my file and that he never told me a lesser amount. I will never return to this dentist.

complaints are few, so i have an idea which person i treated....the issue stemmed for a belief that the fee for the extractions done... were included in the denture fee...the office manager responsible for the explaination was terminated shortly after the incident and i'm certain that the person who complained was coached by the dismissed employee...!!!
