Lease Financial Group Forged my name to 2 contracts then BLACKMAILED me into paying 1000's of dollars by threatening to then actually damaging my credit! Chicago Illinois

my friend you are my hero, i bet this was a horrible battle, I am glad you are out of this problem right now in the midle of this horrible conflict, It 's something that you can still do for us and it's to put a video in the website of youtube.com informing to the people what happen to you and how you could win this battle. that will help thousands of inocent people to fall in the hands of these vampires. thank you so much. for your help.

my friend I am in the same situation like you. I just file a complaint with ftc and the attorney general from Illinois against Lease financial group. If we get together and file complains at the same time we can atraact the attention of the autorities. the websites are http://www.ftc.gov and http://www.illinois attorneygeneral.gov. http://www.bbb.org if you file a complain already do it againg. lets do to this company the same battle they give us harrasing us with their letters, phone calls arruining our credit. selling their machines for thousands of dollars when they don't cost more than $250.00. please don't give up.thank you so much and God Bless You!

Thanks to information obtained from this website on how to deal with this company, CITI, without admission on their part of any wrong doing, has "IN WRITING" released me from any further obligations and has also agreed to remove any and all negative information regarding their transaction from my credit report. I'm still out $$$ but the cost of the civil suite for a couple thousand dollars alone isn't worth the payoff against the corporate giant. The combination of the $ and restoring my reputation was! I just hope the police catch up with their "independant contractor" soon so that justice can prevail and I can finally put this ordeal behind me.

They still haven't had their rep return my Banks credit card machine, taken the negative information off of my credit report or offered any kind of reimbursement for almost 3 years of extortion thus the fight continues!

SO----CALL, CALL, CALL!!! Everyone on here should make NO MORE THAN "ONE" call to them per day and only if you have the finances to do so. REJOICE! The gavel of justice is about to fall! I was told by the BBB that there are currently over 600 open complaints against CIT lease finance group. When they responded to me through the BBB they apparently use a cut and paste your name in the form system to answer the volume of complaints because they had left someone elses name in three different places within their response form that should have been addressed to me. They also R-E-F-U-S-E to sign their real names to the forms if they sign them at all.

I filed a report with the BBB day before yesterday and found out that CITI LEASE FINANCE GROUP has well over 300 other unanswered complaints against them at this time.
CITI LEASE FINANCE GROUP found out about the complaint to the BBB yesterday and in retribution, they have called and deliberatly hung up on me 17 times yesterday alone! I plan to record every, single harassing call today. When I spoke to their telephone operator yesterday, he stated that it didn't matter with whom I complained to, the BBB, RipoffReport, EVEN THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, they were going to continue to call regardless!

I tracked down the guy that forged my name to the leases via the internet... he had moved 100 miles away and changed all of his phone numbers... and he agreed to reassign the leases to someone else BUT EVEN THAT F-A-C-T HASN'T STOPPED THEM FROM HARASSING ME!

The guy on the telephone had said that I couldn't sue them because in their contract was an arbitration clause that I would have to pay all the expense to and from Chicago...their attorneys fees etc...

Funny, my attorney said since their representative forged my signature, there was no legal binding contract for arbitration or anything else! I can't wait to get that $2500.00 retainer fee paid--- THEN IT'S ON!
